Forex Trading refers to the practice of simultaneously buying one currency in a pair of currency combinations and selling another currency. Exchange rates between currencies in international markets fluctuate frequently and trade in currency pairs, such as Euro/U.S Dollar/Japanese Yen.
The main advantage of the foreign exchange market lies in its high transparency. Due to the large volume of transactions, the major capital (such as the foreign exchange reserves of the government, the transfer of funds from multinational consortia and the capital operation of foreign exchange rate changes. On the other hand, the fundamental analysis of exchange rate fluctuations is usually based on important data published by governments (e.g – GDP, GNP central bank interest rates), statements by senior government officials or information from international organizations (e.g – The European Central Bank.)
The foreign exchange market has no specific location, no central exchange, and all transactions take place between banks over a network. Any financial institution, government or individual around the world can participate in trade exchange 24 hours a day, at any time, everyday.
